The Thrivent Fellows Program is an intensive fellowship of leaders representing Lutheran organizations and institutions. Our objective is to assist participants in understanding their own sense of vocation within the context of the vocation of a Lutheran institution.  Thus, leadership development is designed an facilitated through the lens of the Lutheran understanding of vocation, and assists participants in the articulation and expressions of their respective callings. Since starting in 2001, the Thrivent Fellows Program has reached over 100 participants in the Lutheran Community and has worked with over 50 Lutheran institutions and organizations. The past nearly ten years have been meaningful for participants and beneficial to participating institutions. Participants in the program have experienced powerful discernments in vocation, leadership and professional growth.
